Dear Voxya,
I ordered worth Rs.***/- of clothes on **th Dec-****. and i paid complete payment through Net banking,. After few days i track my order, There is no response to my mails and phone calls.
My order number is *****. after few days they mailed and they asked my paytm details to refund my amount. Till now i didn't receive my amount and no any response from them. Please take any action and do the needful.
and kindly find enclosed payment related details for reference.
