I Lodge a complaint regarding not working our d*h on **th July **.
I was told that the charge would be *** ₹.
Your engineer came to attend the Complaint on **th July **th, we gave him the Visiting Charge which was *** ₹ Cash.
Now No programs are coming to our tv since **st July.
It has been found that *** ₹ engineer visits have been deducted too from the balance of our d*h
Thus, *** ₹ taken from me.
* times I had compiled it, they told me that the problem will be solved in ** hours but nothing has happened yet.
