I placed order for Samsung S** Open Box on ** feb **** , Order No. ***** , paid ₹***** online through debit card .
Till date (**-**-****) order status shows "Ready for Dispatch" only.
Despite repeated follow-ups on WhatsApp **********, no dispatch or refund.
This is deficiency in service & unfair trade practice.
