Divinewindow In - Not recieved my product

I saw this product on Facebook on divinewindow .in they said u ve to pay thru card .i paid it but did not recieve any product details off dispatch or order id number thru message or email.went on their site the number they ve given is a fake number showing on my true caller.please help me to get my product or refund bk.
