Lavan Aggrawal filed complaint against Videocon on Feb 19, 2019
Activated videocon d*h package. After selecting the package, the site gives an error that 'package cannot be migrated due to a technical error. Please contact customer care'. I called customer care. It takes numerous amount to connect them. After going through the whole procedure and filtering many options, they make the consumer to hold the line and after that, they disconnect automatically.
I somehow managed to lodge a complaint after ** minutes conversation. They told me that it will get resolved on **th Feb **** ** am and its currently **th Feb **** **:** pm and the issue is still not resolved and as mentioned, customer care is not getting connected.
