Naukri.com Fast Forwarded Services - Not receiving any job opportunities fraud done to me by professionals forcibly

I got calls from naukri.com to activate fast forward services again and again from sales dept. They done many fake commitments although I was not aggreed to take the services. Finally they committed to provide a job easily after taking services so I took after */ * sales talk. Now I am not getting any opportunities that was totally a money wastage thing there is nothing different before and after taking services. I want my money refund. Please help me. It's totally a fraud. It's a professional maintained scam in which they are just taking money from very needy people without providing any opportunities. Please help me I am very depressed.
