Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Missing Inner Box After Re-Shipment – AWB **************

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious loss of shipment contents under AWB number **************, booked via Shiprocket and delivered by XpressBees.

The shipment was originally booked from Belgaum to Kanpur. After the parcel reached Kanpur, your team informed us that an additional amount of ₹*,*** had to be paid. Since we did not agree to pay the additional charges, we instructed your team to resend the same shipment back to Belgaum. Accordingly, the parcel was returned from Kanpur to Belgaum.

The large outer box contained two boxes inside:

A small box containing a photo frame

A big inner box containing:

One coat suit worth ₹**,***

Three jackets

Important Army caps

One pair of shoes

Confidential documents

Upon delivery at Belgaum and during unboxing, only the small box containing the photo frame was found. The entire big inner box with all valuable and confidential items was completely missing.

I am attaching a clear unboxing video as proof, which shows that the outer box contained only the small box and that the big inner box was missing at the time of delivery.

This issue is extremely serious as the shipment included high-value items and confidential documents. I request you to urgently investigate this matter, particularly during the return transit from Kanpur to Belgaum, trace the missing inner box, and arrange for immediate recovery or full compensation.

Please treat this complaint as high priority and provide a written update on the investigation status at the earliest.
