I ordered two jerseys from football monk, got the t-shirts and I didn't get the shorts. Upon requesting the shorts there is no response. There are many times I have written emails regarding order no:- ***** which is my order number, and explained to them in my emails but there is no response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
