Delhivery AJIO - Not received refund

I ordered a product from ajio, then i exchanged it then tried to return but was unable to do it through my aap so called ajio customer to create return, they told me order will get picked up ** jan **** it got picked up by delhivery on ** jan **** itself then i tried to contact ajio for refund then they told me we haven’t received your product then i contacted delhivery for the product they told me that we have given the product to ajio since many days you contact them, so since * months i was fighting with ajio for the refund in between i tried to talk to delhivery executive also that they are saying they haven’t received the product yet but he assured me that we have given the product then ajio also told me ok we ill try to resolve and give you refund but now after * months of fighting and complaining the are saying we have not received any product but return was initiated by their executive through phone as i couldnt do from my app, and now i am unable to contact delhivery also because it is an old issue i cannot create a query or cant get the cubstomer number also in delhivery where i can complaint. Now in short ajio says they dont have product so they cannot give refund after * months, first they told refund will surely be initiated, we are looking in the matter and after this much time they tell me this. And delhivery is saying they have given the product to ajio since day one.
So now i am unable to contact delhivery i had one number from delhivery who helped me searching that product but he is not picking he is ignoring my messages. So i dont know who has the product and where will i get the refund
