cleartrip and srilankan airlines - not received refund from cleartrip

I have booked my airtickets in srilankan airlines, through cleartrip. The flights got cancelled due to Covid outbreak, and the airlines itself cancelled their flight service. My travel date was on **th june'****. It is may **' **** now. Till today cleartrip had not yet refunded my flight fare, which is a huge sum of *, **, ***/- (one lakh thirty seven thousand and four hundred). Im following the cleartrip team for more than one year. And till now they are not giving a proper response. Every time when i call them, they used to ask me to wait for ** - ** hrs. But till now they didn't refund even a single penny of my hard earned money. Im highly frustrated and badly affected by locking a huge amount with the airlines, by trusting cleartrip. Voxya is my final hope. I trust that, I can get my refund amount by moving via Voxya. Please do support in my case and help me in receiving my money back.
