i made an air ticket booking from travolook.in on *th august **** and immediately after booking I got a call saying the booking didn't get through due to some operational reasons. i was promised money refund within * to ** days. after that in reply to my email on *th august ****, they informed me that the refund will be made within * to ** working days excluding satuday, sunday and gazetted holidays. now, i. started realizing that these guys are not going to make my refund. I also found that there are literally hundreds of people like me stuck with this travel agent. so, now i want to register a consumer complaint against them
