This is in regards to the flight ticket i booked on ** Dec **** from Kochi to Hyderabad with Travolook and immediately after booking the ticket got cancelled & i was notified via call and email that the refund will get processed in *-** business days. I have been following up with them but no one is bothered to response. The contact details mentioned is totally fraud as it never gets connected.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
