Smokin joe - Not received order as expected

Hi,
I had ordered * pizza online from swiggy (smokin Joe's)) Airoli Navi Mumbai.

Not received order as expected. Pepper and chilli flakes not received, pizza slices were misplaced inside the box. The condition of the pizza was not in good condition.

Requested refund from swiggy customer care as well as from help desk But not received proper response from customer executive for full refund.

I am also not satisfied from swiggy customer service representative.

Request you to refund full amount of Rs ***.
