Bitbns - Not received my withdrawal in my bank account

I have sold some of my crypto holdings on Bitbns and have placed two separate withdrawal requests on Bitbns. The first withdrawal request worth INR *** was placed on ** Feb **** and the other worth INR *** was placed on ** Mar ****. So far I have not even received a single penny in my bank account. The status for the transfer on the Bitbns app shows as processing.
I have already highlighted this issue and raised a complaint to Bitbns twice, but haven't got a satisfactory response. Bitbns has done nothing to solve my issue.
If I don't get my money at the earliest I will file a complaint with SEBI and RBI claiming for compensation in addition to the money Bitbns owes me.
