Savio Dsilva filed complaint against Charles and keith on Nov 18, 2020
I had placed an order last month on Charles and Keith official website. I cancelled the order the next day since they do not have a fixed shipping/ customs cost. Since then I haven’t received my refund. I have been sending them emails for over a month now and they keep giving me excuses. Please help. Thanks.
