Lounge Lives - Not received my order

I had ordered from this site lounge lives.com. i had payed through online mode. Its been so many days since I had ordered but still not got my order or anything regarding it . They have deactivated there instagram and Facebook id. Not even replyed my mails. This company is a fraud. Please help to resolve this.
