I had ordered some wellness products from Tjori.com for INR **** via Paytm transaction. They have not sent the goods for almost about a month now. Every time there is only one reply that they have shipped the goods, but I m not receiving my products. Now I have decided to get refund and do not wish to use their products as I have lost trust. So I sent a mail to return the money for which they are stating that goods left their warehouse and they cannot initiate a return.
Later when I read the reviews, there are many others who have not received their products and lost their hard-earned money. Please make them stop their business. Please try to get my money back from them. This is nothing but harassment. I m raising this complaint so that if this complaint can make any impact on tagging Tjori as a fraud company, I would be more than happy as many others like me will be saved from losing their hard-earned money. And trickiest part is payment happened via Paytm and Paytm knows this company is fraudulent and still they are supporting this Tjori.
