Delhivery com - Not received any item from courier

On **th of September I created a account on Google pay for business for accepting payment through upi. After that they shipped me physical qr code on my address through Delhivery.

On the date of delivery (**th of September) I received a message from Delhivery with delivery code(which I have to share with delivery agent) and AWB *************.
But on that day no one from Delhivery arrived at my address or contacted me through my phone number either.
So I visited their website to check the status. And I was shocked to see that, they updated as the item was delivered but I haven't received any item from them.
After that I raised complaint (reference number: ********) on **sept on their website and they assured me that they will give me proof of delivery within **hr. But I didn't get any reply from them at all.
Then I again raised another complain on **th sept with reference number: ********.
Again I didn't get any reply from them.
Now I don't give up and once again raised another complain **rd sept reference number: ********.

But once again I didn't received any reply from them.

Now I don't know what to do.
So please help me get my item back
