I booked my shipment through Dhruvil Logistics and when I received my BOL that time I come to know that it was booked through All Cargo.
My shipment arrived after a very long time and ECU line in Canada gave me the reason that it is because of Congestion in the port.
My Shipment arrived Ecu line on **nd Nov. **** and till today it won't get delivered to my importer. The reason behind this is they are failed to provide the Custom Inspection Invoice(instead of that they send me a streamlined invoice) to my importer and my importer already paid for the invoice.
The real story is they send an invoice of $*** which my importer paid them on the same day thinking that it was for custom clearance. After that, they send one another invoice of $****. My importer asked them what is for it. They replied that the first invoice is for custom inspection charges. My Importer immediately asked for the receipt but after * attempts they send me the invoice and that was someone else invoice.
After that, my importer sent an email that can I confirm this receipt from CFIA or CBSA and they confidently replied to them "YES". My importer confirm with both the agency and they denied that they haven't raised that invoice.
Now, after sending so many emails they are not ready to release my shipment also, added to this I already paid all the charges including destination charges to Dhruvil Logistics.
Today I come to know that ECU and All Cargo are the same company.
My importer contacted them so many times but they are not ready to release the container and now they are not replying to any emails.
Now, I am in a big problem since my importer is not ready to pay me or not ready to get shipment because many of products get expired in it. I go through your online reviews and I am confident that you help me to file a complaint and also help me go get my losses.
