India kids fashion show - Not ready to cancel registration

I had registered for India kids Fashion show for my kids aged ** yrs on january **, at that time they had told us that audition will be in last week of February.
I had talked to Mr Vicky.
And he had assured that if audition will be not possible then registration will be cancelled.
And before audition workshop of * -* hrs will be there...
No communication from their side till June, when I mailed them and asked them abount audition
Suddenly on ** th july we received call that audition will be there on ** th july.
Which was not possible for us , as we were committed for attending one family function which was out of Nagpur.
Even after messaging them for many times, they didn't respond and cancelled registration
