I had an issue regarding my Crompton fan which I have installed in my bedroom. Accordingly, I have made a complaint to Crompton customer care and a representative has visited my house. After observing he has reported that coil of the is burned and he has taken it for a replacement since my product is in the warranty period. After several times I called him and every time he made the excuse that he is not getting time or the product is not available in the office since last * month. Now he is not even picking up my call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
