ION EXACENSE PVT LTD - Not Providing the service

I got a call from Eureka Forbes for water purifier service on **.**.**** and I let them in they have serviced the device & the technician who wore the Eureka Forbes Company ID stated that I should go for AMC (* year charge is Rs**** with * times free service in a year and any damages will be taken care. off). After * days the water purifier got out of order and I contacted to the Eureka Forbes, surprised to hear from them that they have not done any servicing to my device and they don't have record of that. Then I check the receipt that was given to me on the day of servicing, I found the company name called ION EXACENSE(PVT)LTD. I called them the no on the receipt and they say they will send the technician but since then I keep on calling but no response from their side. I have the receipt. I will attach the same soon
