Travelius - Not providing the service and not refunding booking amount

I'd selected a resort in Maldives and upon confirmation that the resort is available, I was made to pay Rs. **k as booking amount. I was following up with them since ** days and then after atleast ** attempts to call, I was notified that the resort is sold out, and they're asking me to take another resort, with higher price, and without my choice of villa. Since the booking was taken for a particular resort, ideally they should refund my amount. But, they aren't.
