Families Super Market - not providing the delivery for online orders

I am a member of this market for the last * years. Whenever we place online orders on the WhatsApp numbers provided by them, there won't be any response from them. They will call only to make fun of consumers and ask the address for delivery only if we repeatedly place the orders. Though we provide the address, they intentionally ask it again and again. The delivery location is not more than a kilometer, but they do not provide delivery of our orders. I have paid the deposit and they are calling and intentionally provoking the customers. When we tell them that we will lodge a complaint, they are saying "no problem, go ahead, let's see who will come". I am helpless as they are behaving rudely. I request your intervention and resolve this issue.
