SINGHANIA UNIVERSITY - Not providing sixth semester maekaheet copy

I lost my all marksheet of bba which I did here. I had copies of all five semesters but not having any sixth semester. Maeksheet. So I applied only to get that two years ago. But after done payment they refused me to provide . Please help, cause of that my career already got Lost approx *******
