Mountain Club Resorts (INDIA) Private Limited - Not providing services mentioned in the membership

I had purchased a membership plan from Mountain club resorts india pvt. ltd. where they had offered me two air tickets to any location in Asia but when i asked the to book my tickets to any place, they are denying that they will not provide me the same. I have attached the written proof where they have mentioned about the two air tickets and the amount that is being paid to them for the membership.
I want them to refund my money if they can`t provide the tickets to me.
