I bought an ac from fkipcart and since the day of installation it s not giving proper colling. I talked with customer care of Llyod several number of times. Registered numerous complaint regarding my issue. But they didn't providing me any resolution. Its been more than ** days. No help,service has been provided by Havells.they are just passing the time of customer and making them stress. Very disappointed with the Llyod. ( Minus * star rating for their customer support.) also auto closings the service request without the confirmation and resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
