Bonkers Corner - Not providing refund

I purchased products from Bonkers Corner and returned one of the items as per their return policy. However, instead of refunding the amount to my original mode of payment (bank account), the company credited the refund to their Bonkers wallet without my consent. I clearly do not wish to keep the refund in their wallet. I requested multiple times that the refund be processed back to my bank account, but the company has refused to do so. Additionally, I tried contacting their customer care several times, but either I received no response or they failed to resolve my issue. Due to being forced to use wallet credits, I attempted to purchase another product, but the item was unsatisfactory. I returned that product as well, and now I am again stuck with wallet credits.
This practice is unfair and restrictive, as I am being compelled to purchase items I do not want just to utilize my own money. I am requesting a full refund of my amount to my original payment method (bank account).
