Oplore Technologies - Not providing refund since 4 months
Uma filed complaint against Oplore Technologies on Jan 21, 2019
I had ordered a case from Oplore Technologies on **/**/**** I got a defective piece and I returned it and asked for refund. They sent a message on RM(registered mobile number) and in that message refund link was missing. I called them up and asked to send the link .They sent an email saying they're sending refund link through RM on December ** ****. They haven't sent any link still. If I call customer service the number will be busy always. They are not responding to mails nor to messages written on their portal. I'm attaching the email conversation they had done * month back.
