Zap booking Private Limited - Not providing Refund for unsuccessful booking

I do an online booking for flight from Kochi to Doha on *th Jan. But the booking wasnt successful after the payment was made. I was told that the current flight rate was a higher from the amount mentioned in site.So i go with option of refund instead of booking at higher rate. I was told the refund is initiated & will be credited in * day.I called after * days and was told ( Ms. Dhamini- +************ ) that due to some issue refund is not done and if still not done in one day they will send it through UPI. I give the UPI id also accordingly. Its *week aftter i called them. I am still getting the same reply and each time i am getting an answer that it will be arranged next day.
