My name is Maheshwari, me and husband met with an accident on Jan**st ****, and admitted in manipal hospital salem and paid amount and got discharged, now insurance guys is asking for an receipt to claim it, so requested hospital to provide an receipt, but they even don't know what is receipt, and not giving receipt for the paid amount. Now I am not able to claim my money through insurance it's very bad, help me to get receipt for me.
