Elysium - Not providing promised services

Elysium is a fraud company. No services provided, no response was given. They started calling me multiple times repetitive, saying please come to our office you have won **,*** worth of prices. We are doing our business promotion and will show one presentation to you, you don't need to pay anything. But then in there office they made many false promises about their holiday packages in *-* Star hotels, club membership, annual gym subscription for couple, **,*** worth of monthly coupons of any store of your choice Big Bazaar, More, D-Mart or Reliance, summer camps for children, ** dinner night passes in one year in places like Hard Rock Cafe. They said no need to pay anything there for food, drinks and many other false promises like beauty parlour discount and many more. But none of that provided. I paid total **,*** rupees, they said it's emi payment with *% interest. But on card scan, it cost me **% interest on the credit card. Then they said we will refund interest amount in one shot but I am still fighting hard for this refund by many visits to there office and emails.
They fooled by saying only ** members will get this offer and today only you need to purchase it. And the worst part is they did not show their contract document before payment done. Also, they promised that anytime you don't like our services you can cancel the subscription and get all your money back but not providing anything, not giving the refund, for each service like gym, travel booking, store voucher(no voucher received yet) etc. keep on calling them without success. They just say we will resolve your issue in ** hours but no reply, they just keep on pending everything and no response. For the gym, I struggled for two months but they did not give me that subscription. Finally, I had to settle in compromise state that I take a subscription and you refund that money to me. For that also they kept me waiting for more than one month and returned only half of that amount. I asked hotel booking in Goa they said it's short notice tells us other dates. For everything they give excuses only, so basically neither they are providing any service nor they are refunding my money and they don't even care to respond back, I am trapped and looted.
