Modicare Limited - Not providing new loyalty coupon as against the expired one due to covid

I had a loyalty coupon which was due on **/**/**. Because of covid our city was in lockdown and our building was sealed due to multiple covid cases. Thus the coupon expired. Now I’m following up with then since * months but not getting response.
