Dear Sir
Mere papa Sahara credit society Ltd. Se kuch bond kharide the aur ek Rs.**** per month ka ** months ke liye RD bhi karwaye the jiski maturity December **** me puri honi thi lekin mere papa ka death ** August **** ko ho gaya uske baad maine November **** me death Claim apply kiya lekin abhi tak mujhe death Claim nahi mila hai aur branch me jaakar enquiry karne pe kuch answer nahi milta hai. Maine sahara credit society ke official website me jaakar grievances me complaint bhi kiya lekin waha se mujhe reply aaya ki "account not found".
Please help me, mujhe claim lene ke liye kya karna chahiye .
