APSRTC 5394 service number - Not Providing corresponding contact numbers

I have booked two tickets from Majestic (Bangalore)
to puttur on *-oct-**** via APSRTC app. my date of journey was **-oct-****. Due to festival season i was stucked in traffic but managed to reach bus stand by **:**pm. In the ticket also they haven't mentioned any contact numbers of conductor or any concerned people also they didn't even try to know that iam in the bus or not. Bus left without any intimation. They called us after they are reaching ITI Gate (Bangalore) that is another boarding point. Because of the concerned people carelessness i lost amount ***/- and i am in the urge to take one more bus which costed around ***/-. Please consider this issue.... This is not the first time it is happening. The conductors who serve in this service are behaving arrogantly even if we ask why, you are not calling. please consider the issue and try to solve as soon as possible
