I bought Lenovo's gaming laptop named LOQ on ** Oct **** for rupees **,***. The laptop came with ***w Charging adapter which is not capable to charge this laptop because when i game on this Laptop plugged in, the battery depletes about **% in ** mins. So the laptop eventually runs out of battery after certain hours even though it is plugged in. I contacted Lenovo regarding this matter and they are giving silly answer such as this is normal and it is designed that way etc... and marking my case as solved. earlier Lenovo used to provide more powered ***w adapter to customers having this same issue but now Lenovo is not providing it. Its clearly shows that even Lenovo knows that they have made a mistake by shipping ***w charging adaptor with this laptop. I need justice in this matter. Because this is unfair, Lenovo made us customers suffer for a mistake that Lenovo has made.
I have also found a document when dug through their website which states that the laptop is compatible with ***w adapter and their technicians are denying it. I paid huge amount for this laptop. I hope consumer help line will help me with this.
