ansals - not providing basic amenities and doing fraud by making boundry wall of shops

i have shops in cherenjeev homes avantika ghaziabad..the project is delevered but they have not provided or completed Washrooms fittings and there is no water in Washrooms..even at the time of registry they have shown open marcket compound to sell there shops ..and then after they have made boundries of those ** shops and done fraud with us ..so by doing such things and not providing basic amenities ansals is doing cheating with there clients..even we dont know where to complain ...my no is **********
