Anshul filed complaint against Go Air Airlines on Jul 6, 2020
I have booked flight with Goair airlines, and it got cancelled. Without providing any option for refund they are saying PNR is reserved and can be used in further booking(Difference in fare applicable), while sector level changes can be made but names cannot be modified. I have booked the flight for me and my friend and we both do not have any plan to travel together, so preservation of pnr is of no use for us.
