I Have purchased OPPO RENO ** *G from official application of OPPO India vide invoice no. MHEC************ on **th August ****. As per the description they were offering * promotional offers along with the phone. *. ENCHO BUDS – AFTER REVIEWING THE PRODUCT *. FREE SCREEN GUARD *. * MONTHS YOU TUBE PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION Copy of the screenshot is attached herewith for your reference. But this is only for displaying but actual neither received in the package nor after reviewing the product. IN THIS WAY THEY CHEAT ME AND MAY BE MANY MORE CUSTOEMERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEIR APPLICATION. Hence, I have raised so many complaints to available email ID of Oppo India (But not found grievance redressal system of the company). After that I have received a call from their executives but each and every time I got the different excuses from their executives. Now email received and they are denying to provide me the promotional offers. This way they are cheating the customers and carry out fraudulent activities. Proof of the description of the above mentioned additional items attached herewith for your reference. Instead of I have a proof of description how can they deny to provide me the additional benefits????????? Kindly help me to get the additional committed benefits as mentioned above otherwise instruct to pick the phone and provide me refund of my money.
