Kerala Vision Broadband Connection - not provided maintanace service

I was the subscriber of keralavision brodband from **/**/**** and paid dec subscription in advance via online. There local service provider Mr. Balakrishnan demanded to pay the subscription
amount (which was higher than actual actual was *** nd demand was ***)direct to his personal account or in cash. When i denied it and stated i will only pay online through keralavision website, he
threatened me to not provide the maintenance service.
My connectivity was down from last Saturday and reported it at their helpline number on the same day and raised two tickets. My online work is affected from Saturday on
words (*days) and i am incurring an income loss @**** perday due to no connectivity.
As i stated over phone to their helplines (which are recorded at both end) I am changed the service provider on **/**/** and demand them to close my account an pay the sum of
****(*** subscription paid in advance+**** loss of income incurred for three days).
I denied to refund and the issue is not settled by the company
