Smart bazaar - Not provided CCTV footage concerning stealing of wallet inside the shop

This evening I went for shopping at Smart Bazaar as I wanted to buy a wide variety of items. I carried quite a good amount of cash in my wallet which I kept it on my bag planning to pay them in cash. While shopping it went missing from my bag and when I was about to pay the bills, I realised that my wallet was gone. I talked to few of the staffs and I was informed that a lady left a wallet in the counter. I rushed to claim it yet the cash was gone and just my debit card was inside it. I was devastated by the news. Upon requesting, I was not given access to cctv footage to see who and where my wallet was returned. Also the staff who received the wallet do not even bother to ask the finder where he/she has found the wallet. Today, for security reasons, cctvs are installed inside stores yet crimes are happening. I wish to find and detect the culprit by using this advanced innovation we develop to create awareness in the future towards the public. I urge the owners or staffs or anyone who can help me in this regard. The location was Smart Bazaar in Tezpur ******. Time was around *:**pm-*:** pm on the *nd August ****.
