99 f fitness studio nungambakkam chennai - Not provided a valid bill and poor service

I joined a transformation program in the above mentioned fitness studio.The membership was in my name. I was only given a temporary receipt valid for ** days only. The payment was done in installment basis the details of cheques paid with bank pass book details of debit ( underlined) and the temporary receipt given is attached. Even the temporary receipt was given only for first * months . The total amount paid was INR ****** only. I was not given a membership card or number. Inspite of repeated request in-person when I was enrolled in the gym, or over phone or over WhatsApp conversation, my request were ignored and I have not been given a final receipt or bill with tngist number.Also the initial * month payment was in name of employee mr. noble Roy for which only temporary receipt that is valid for ** days was given. The rest * month payment was in the name of ** f studio itself but no receipt. This repeated request and call has caused me loss time and severe mental distress.Even during the program they will pay attention till you pay the installment then they will start to ignore and you have to be behind their back.I even lodged an online complaint against them in govt website of nation consumer forum.Their attitude is so poor that they choose to ignore to correspondence from govt agency.
