Uber Cabs Or Uber Eats - not processing the refund

The issue that I have experienced was: the first case the driver started the cab without me and also
the same was cancelled but unfortunaletly since it was a digital payment and due to flaws of uber the
*** rs got deducted from the uber credit balance and then i immediately booked another cab and that
driver doesnot completed the trip and also the amount was debited from the uber credit the total
deduction stood at *****=*** as i have asked for the refund they have refunded me ** in first and
*** in second case and also they are not refunding the rest *** please ask them to process the rest
