HappyGoEasy com - Not processing refund and deducting wrong amount

The airline has refunded the amount to Happy Go Easy on approx **th December ****.
But they still haven't refunded to me till date saying we're processing and there is ** days timeline for refund. Don't be so cheap and use people's hard earned money and not refund the same. I had applied coupon which gave me zero convenience fee charge, and still they want to deduct convenience charge on what basis?

I have team of best lawyers, i can literally sue you guys and bring you down on streets for the fraudulent activities that you're carrying on.
Which is clearly visible on many threads and reviews.
