Electronicsagoral.info - Not processing cancellation

I placed an order for the item "The Carry-on Closet" on electronicsagoral.info on May **th ****. The amount reflecting during the final checkout was ~$* but the amount deducted was $**.**. The order confirmation mail and I quote listed that "Due to the foreign exchange rate, the amount displayed on your statement might be a little bit different from the real price". I immediately mailed their support team to cancel my order and process refund. Even after following up multiple times I haven't heard back from them. I even tried the option of online chat without any success.
