Glowroad By Amazon - Not picking up wrong product send

I had purchased a product(trimmer of rupees *** )on glow road ,they delivered a earphone(likly rupees ** to ** ), I had put that product in return no one come to take the the parcel, that parcel after * to * month they cancel the pick-up now they was saying this pick-up cannot receive sorry.
