AMAN AC ON RENT - Not picking calls after installing AC

We got this on AC on rent in gretare noida * month back. it was a very old AC that does not cool properly. And now, its not working. The owner is not taking calls. I dont know what to do.Its nabout the ethics of people in business in India. We are getting thins on rent because we are not rich .Now these people are making money by looting our money by giving poor products
