Techify Info Solutions - Not paying the salary

I was an employee of techify info solutions,f-*** ,phase *-b,industrial area,mohali m-********** vide offer letter from the company(copy attached) w.e.f **/*/** to ** feb **. mr.anil gupta mob.-********** is the cmd of the company.I was working as a team leader in the said company , The company has paid my salary upto november and then received salary on installments for the month of december after so many requests . The employer made false promises and delayed the salary knowingly waiting for january and february.the employer refused to pay Rs-***** payment for the month of january and half payment of february as i ceased to work with the company due to non payment of salary i.e *****+ ***** & rs**** +*** transport allowance amounting to rs- ***** .i could face lot many mental stress due to this incident and many times could not make payment to the bank loans and other commitments resulting payment of fine to the bank lic and fine for not maintaining sufficient fund in the account .this employer issued a cheque no. -****** of rs-****** to mr.gaurav sikri ,manager of the company for making payment to the dues of employees and the said cheque is still not materialised as the manager is not presenting it to the bank due to the fear that it may bounce back as no money is available in the account of the employer.the said Manager is also a victim of payment dues from Jan onwards .(mobile no.of gaurav sikri is ********** )and left the company . therefore appropriate action/initiatives may be taken for getting the dues from the employer at the earliest. I am attaching the evidence of payment received from the company and the offer letter as an evidence and copy of cheque for your necessary action.thanks.
