Ashraya Consultancy Mallappally - Not paying the Refund

My Father who is a tracheostomy patient needed a home nurse to look after his tracheostomy care.
I contacted this Consultancy and they gave me a nurse for * month, I paid ***** rupees to this company on * September **** as the nurse reached the hospital. My father was discharged on *th September **** and went home that day.
But the nurse discontinued and went back on his own wish on the **th of September **** morning. They charged **** rupees per day for staying in the hospital and *** rupees per day for staying at the home. They said ***** was the salary for the nurse and **** was the service charge and this amount is not refundable. From the above data, * days in the hospital and * days at home so a total of Rs**** + Rs**** = Rs**** rupees should be given to the nurse, and the rest amount(Rs***** -(Rs****+ Rs****) = Rs***** ) should be refunded. It's been * months and till date, they haven't refunded.
