I am Nayaz Ahmad a jobless customer to Sahara India whose fixed deposit was matured in **** but when I asked for my maturity amount the agent and the company itself delayed again and again. After that they transferred my maturity amount to Humara India Credit Cooperative Society. They had given me next maturity date which is **/*/****. When I asked my agent to pay me maturity amount on the given date , he denied by saying that bank doesn't have money. He always delayed by saying to wait again and again. How a bank can be empty? I am in urgent need of money for my family. I had deposited the money for my bad days in future but now I am helpless. instead of giving money they are just giving me advice to wait. I want my money during this pandemic my children want higher education. Please help me!
